Home & Family Role Scope: For Domestic Maid and Baby Care / Babysitter / Nanny placement requirements, the Client should clearly communicate the principal household or child-care tasks, timing, live-in or shift arrangement, weekly off, food/rest arrangements and other material routine expectations before duty starts.

Parent / Guardian Direction and Child Safety: For Baby Care, feeding preferences, sleep, bathing, hygiene, permitted activities, allergies, medical conditions, emergency contacts and other child-care instructions remain under the direction of the parent or lawful guardian, who should communicate material safety information relevant to the agreed duty.

Medical Boundary for Home and Child Care: A Domestic Maid or non-nursing Baby Care Candidate is not represented as a licensed nurse or medical professional and must not independently diagnose, prescribe, alter medicines or dosage, or make clinical decisions. Medical symptoms, emergencies and treatment decisions remain with the Client or parent/guardian and the treating medical professionals.
