Record-led Selection

Available identity, photograph and relevant verification or qualification records can support the client selection process.

3
Client Choice

The client reviews the shortlisted profile and makes the final candidate selection.

4
Replacement Assistance

If a replacement is needed, SBA can make reasonable matching efforts subject to suitable candidate availability.

How It Works

Three simple steps to start the placement process

Step 01

Share Your Requirement

Tell us the service, shift, location and important duty details.

Step 02

Review Suitable Profiles

Our team can shortlist available candidate profiles that broadly match the requirement.

Step 03

Select & Confirm Duty

The client selects the preferred candidate and the duty details are confirmed before placement.

Important Service Information

Clear expectations before you select a candidate

Important note 1

Mobility limitations, assistive devices, fall risk and important daily routines should be explained before duty starts.

Important note 2

Non-nursing elder-care candidates provide agreed daily-living support and are not represented as licensed nurses unless separately qualified.

For the complete service-specific conditions, read the Service Terms. Global Client Terms also apply at registration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Elder Care Service

What can an elder-care attendant help with?

The agreed non-clinical scope may include companionship, hygiene support, feeding support, mobility assistance and routine daily-living help.

Can I share mobility or fall-risk information?

Yes. This information is important for matching and should be disclosed before duty confirmation.

Can an attendant change medication or dosage?

No. Medication assistance must follow client or treating-professional instructions; independent prescribing or dosage changes are not part of a non-nursing role.

Who supervises the day-to-day duty?

The client makes the final selection and remains responsible for day-to-day direction and medical decisions.
